Sciton initially hired ssp after coming off a long-term contract with another agency, as they were looking for more attention, expertise and strategy focused on their industry-leading in-office aesthetic medical devices and upcoming launches. We learned everything about their technology and treatments, built a KOL program incorporating their top providers, and developed messaging, key differentiators and benefits re-introducing their top light and laser treatments including MOXI, BBL HEROic, HALO and ClearSilk.

During our 2-year contract, ssp’s work took Sciton’s brand awareness to the next level – strategizing and leading extensive media and influencer relations, securing hundreds of press hits and high-profile beauty awards, sending droves of patients to doctor’s offices asking for Sciton treatments by name, and ideating, developing and leading strategy across 10+ influencer events and special projects. Highlights included positioning MOXI as the go-to laser for darker skin tones, and securing beauty awards from Elle, NewBeauty, Cosmopolitan and Glamour.

 Our team secured more than 450 million media impressions in our first year, executed high-impact influencer events in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Vancouver and San Diego, developed and managed a busy schedule of organic and paid influencer partnerships in more than a dozen markets, introduced new treatments and skincare tech - including BBL HEROic - to the media and marketplace, secured dedicated features in top trade and business press, and ensured Sciton KOLs were regularly quoted as thought leaders in the media. We also integrated the brand into culturally relevant consumer- and VIP-facing events, further solidifying Sciton’s established dominance in the industry.
